I was born and raised in Drumright Oklahoma and my roots go deep in eastern Oklahoma. My great grandfather was born in Indian Territory before statehood, and we have been here ever since. I am a hunter and gun enthusiast, and I believe wholeheartedly in the 2nd amendment as a means of securing and defending our liberties.

I have worked for American Airlines as a mechanic for over 36 years, and for the last 12 years my wife, sons, and I have run a small cattle operation. We cut hay on the side and enjoy spending time with our children and many grandchildren. From 1991 through 1996 I served as a reserve deputy for the creek county sheriff's department, during which time our office participated in the search and rescue efforts at the Murrah building after the Oklahoma City bombing.

I was the Republican precinct chair for Drumright until recently stepping down to run for State senate.  In my opinion, Oklahoma is the best state in the USA and there is nowhere else I'd rather call home.

At my core, I am a conservative constitutionalist, and my ultimate aim in running for office is to serve the people in a way that is pleasing to my savior Jesus Christ. To Him alone be the glory!
